Connect policy

We will need a copy of the following documents to connect customer/s for City services:

A copy of a notarized Warrenty Deed or a typed & signed Lease/Rental Agreement.

A copy of a completed Registration form, 911 is located at 153 N. 8th Street  Cochran, GA 31014. 

(Across the street from Bleckley County Health Dept.)

A copy of a Government ID, Driver's License or State ID.

Connect Fee for GAS Service $35

***No deposit is collected from Owners***

TENTANTS:

Connect Fee for WATER Service $35

Deposit Fee for WATER Service $50
